McDonald's - Reisterstown

Crystal working in the Drive-Thru window is a gemstone. She's always kind and always gets the orders right.

It was such a great experience on a busy Wednesday afternoon after picking up my nephew from school. It was spilled in the middle of the ground while we waited for the meal and Tacoma was immediately on the scene and very professional with the customers around them. She was not frustrated and she had no attitude and it was really nice to see a young lady in court while she addresses a situation and treated her with care. My nephews happy food was ready and a young man named Leon asked him if he loved a cookie together with his meal and my nephew!! I would like to thank you both and everyone this day for the amazing work and continue to be professional. I don't usually eat McDonald's, but I'll definitely be back when I do. Thank you.

This special location really created their game, as ChickFilA opened over the street. The food was hot and everything was fine. The staff was wonderful. I have three children I have taken alone and once we have gone to the manager to help me in ordering the self-service kiosk (thank you, God, she was there, with three children hunger and dignity, it would have been almost impossible to go through ordering all our food without help. They gave us a number to stay at the table, we sat and they served us. Several employees brought us ketchup, straws, lids for cups... They were all very attentive (especially many of them were women, and probably mothers. I know that they have helped us so much because my children are still too young to get their own food prepared (e.g. own drinks, spices, etc. After my children had eaten their food, we went up to get ice creams. A special employee (a very sweet gentle gentleman with a silver chain that was busy tables, stood on our table and watched our stuff while we went up and got their cones. It was so thoughtful. That's the best we've ever been treated in a McDonalds. Plus McDonalds has so much more to offer for children now; Balloons, activity books and their happy meal toys are so much better quality (and much more engagement compared to what McDonalds performed a few years ago. This visit was really a nice surprise. My children were so happy, and my son is still walking around with his cheerful food toy. I hope our future visits reflect this in every way.

Self order kiosks made ordering and paying easy. Got our food fast and hot. Noticed their policy of not letting students at certain times belonging to a high school next door at this location.
