1st time visit Rehoboth DE location. I had the best experience in the drive-thru, manager Kristin J was so helpful and polite in taking and handling my order, and the other manager (man) was equally helpful catching me before I left to fix my order. I never had that much great service in a fast food drive-thru.

Nice location. Easy in and easy out. Never run out of chicken.

Staff was pleasant, but man, I can’t trust a Southern Chicken style joint North of the Mason Dixon that doesn’t take pride in the quality of their food.Had the Truff sandwich that was more greasy edged crust than meat, and a Blackened sandwich that might as well have been chicken jerky! If I wanted as crispy of edges on a sandwich for $11+, I’d have gone next door to Friendly’s, perhaps the quality of their food would’ve amounted to better suit the price.

This location is worth the stop, nice employee's and fresh blackened? sandwich ? is better than ? fil a spicy chicken sandwich ? , can only speak for this location of course, Dover location can be a hit or miss so we just stopped going. So it was a treat.

Waiting a half hour for food to be brought out to me after ordering outside. If I'd been told in advance I would have passed. There were only 2 cars in front of us.
