Charlie's Place - Redondo Beach

I visited this restaurant yesterday with some friends, and I have to say, it was fantastic! We ordered the 1 pfu, which came with a generous serving of warm garlic bread. The sauce was absolutely amazing! We also tried their seafood and the calamari platter. To be honest, both dishes felt a bit overpriced, but they were still very tasty. The lady working at the counter was incredibly friendly and made it easy for us to find something to eat. The restaurant is located on the pier, which is convenient since not many places are located there and cash machines are relatively scarce. Overall, I would definitely return!

I really enjoyed my experience at the restaurant. I ordered the fish, which was rich and flavorful, as you'd expect from a roasted dish. Everything I had was hot and fresh. I particularly loved the seasoning on the fries! I would definitely go back, especially since the prices were quite reasonable. The young man who served me was very polite and friendly. While I was waiting, a woman came in to order and paid in cash, accidentally leaving behind a $20 bill. He quickly called her back to return the money, showing great integrity—he could have easily kept it.

The woman at the counter was really friendly and helped us out when we were having trouble deciding on what to order. Plus, it's one of the few places on the pier that accepts credit cards, which is really handy since there aren't many ATMs around. Overall, I would definitely come back!

During my vacation from Texas, I was craving seafood, especially fried shrimp. I decided to try their combo that came with six jumbo shrimp, fries, and coleslaw. If I remember correctly, it was absolutely delicious! They even offered their own special ketchup sauce, which was a nice touch.
