Friendly and attentive staff! The clean juices are all delicious and healthy, I also had the opportunity to taste their smoothies and bowls and they are all delicious..

Go to badger bowl instead for Açaí bowls. I found 4 little pieces of plastic in my peanut butter Açai bowl. I get it, sometimes there are things that get into food but 4 pieces!! I didn?t even finish half of my bowl and there was two pieces. I started to dump it out and found two more. I just didn?t care to look for more. I payed $8 to eat plastic and hurt my teeth. On top of that I had to wait 20 minutes for two bowls. There was literally 3 people in the store. While I was there other people were complaining and wanted new items. The workers did not handle them well and sounds very rude. I talked to the manager right before writing this review and all that was said was ?we can give you a new bowl?. There was no sorry or thank you for letting us know. I?m not going to drive 25 minutes to get something that should never have plastic in it. Honestly I don?t even care for a new bowl I was just letting them know so someone else doesn?t get hurt.

This is my first time ever coming to a Nekter store but I ordered 2 six day cleanses through the app. The day of pickup I go and get told they did not have enough supplies for both but I can return at a later time to get the other one once it?s available. This is very inconvenient. I ask for a manager and a woman comes to speak to me, who later in conversation, I learn is not the manager. Why do they not call the customer prior to pickup to explain that they do not have enough supplies to complete the order at the intended time? They kept insinuating it was my error because I never got a call informing me my order was ready, but how would I know if I have never been there before? The app showed my order was complete. I am so disappointed in the customer service I received. Absolutely no compensation for their negligence was offered to me. This service was not worth the $70 I paid for half an order and the need to have to return again. I will make sure to let my other coworkers (who were interested in this detox) know not to use this location. .

I really like coming to this juice bar. For starters the place is always impeccable, the staff is always courteous and they have amazing healthy alternatives breakfast bowls not just juices. I did notice that they have ?cleansing packs? to go. This is basically a bundle of juices for a 1-day cleanse or a more advance pack for people with more experience juicing. They come in a cute little to-go Nekter reusable bag but the best part is that these are already available no need to order ahead of time just grab a bag as you pay which is great for me because I might change my mind ha!ha!ha! I almost forgot to mention, this juice bar is in a great location there is other retail stores you can walk around for and amazing outside sitting. Overall I have a good experience from beginning to end. ?
