I have noticed a young girl with a very unpleasant attitude at the drive-thru window of this restaurant. She never greets me and seems annoyed when I ask for extra condiments like ranch or taco sauce. During my recent visit, my order was incorrect as I received regular fries instead of curly fries. When I informed the same girl about the mistake and requested curly fries, she refused to fix it. This lazy and unprofessional behavior makes me hesitant to return to this restaurant.
I went to the restaurant to order, but the manager informed me that the dining area was closed. I explained that I wanted my order to go, so he directed me to the drive-thru. However, there were many cars in the drive-thru line and I was already inside the restaurant. The door was unlocked, but people were getting angry that they couldn't order because more people were waiting for their jobs. The management was terrible and I left feeling very disappointed. It's frustrating to see franchises paying so much money to maintain these services when they are not properly managed.
I felt humiliated and intimidated during my visit to the restaurant. I parked my car outside and approached the window to ask if I could place an order. The woman working there called the manager, who then told me that they were not yet open. Despite being exhausted and hungry, I felt so disappointed and mistreated that I decided to take my money elsewhere.
I love indulging in a tasty Jumbo Jack with all the fixings once a month. My go-to spot is the Jack in the Box near Home Depot. In contrast, I cannot recommend the Jack in the Box Downtown Redlands by AMPM. On one occasion, they served me a spoiled salad. When I brought it back and showed them, they didn't believe me at first. Eventually, a worker at the back of the line confirmed the bad smell. Despite the situation, I managed to laugh it off. Additionally, the staff there had a negative attitude, contributing to the unsatisfactory experience.
