McDonald's - Reading

I don't understand why this McDonald's has a lower rating than the one in Mt. Penn. The service is fast and the food is usually accurate. If they make a mistake, they give you a coupon for a free large sandwich on your next visit. This is much better compared to the other location where they often get your order wrong or don't even acknowledge you at the drive-thru.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. Isaiah, who was in charge, was friendly and efficient. The food was prepared quickly and the entire staff was very attentive. We will definitely return in the future. P.S. Isaiah deserves a raise for being such a great representative for McDonald's.

The best big mac I have eaten for years! the mcrib was also quite good. food: 5/5

The restaurant needs better lighting in their parking lot, as it is currently too dim. This poses a security issue. In terms of food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5.

I went here a couple day ago and placed two orders. My first order (Big mac) was really quick to come out and was less than two minutes. My second order (Ice cream) took a lot longer with 5-10 minutes. Although 5-10 minutes is not that long of a wait, I think it was awhile for one ice cream cone.
