Subway - Raytown

The worst customer service I 've had in years. Stood there 2 minutes without anyone saying hi, I say Hello , and then this girl comes out from the back. She looks at me, and goes back to what she 's doing. No one moment please or anything. After another 5 minutes and with 2 other people in line behind me, I say hello again. After another 5 minutes, she comes out. She asks what she can get started for me, and I give her my wife 's order. She just stands there and says you failed to tell me what kind of bread you 'd like , which is a damn rude way to ask what kind of bread I want. But hey, we all have bad days, it 's fine. I tell her the bread and she makes it and asks the guy behind me what he 'd like. I tell her that I have another sandwich, and she rolls her eyes and lets out a very annoyed sigh. (I guess that 's my bad for wanting a sandwich at the sandwich shop). I tell her my order. She again says you failed to tell me what kind of bread you want this time more snarky than the last time. I say you could just as easily say 'what kind of bread would you like ', or even just 'bread? ' She didn 't need to be so rude. I 'm sorry you hate your job, but don 't take it out on the smiling guy who 's just trying to eat. Whoever this girl is (she was the only one working around 3pm on 2/8) should not be working FOH. She should be written up at the very least. Her attitude was inexcusable.

I saw the manager kick out an old man because he did not want to make his food. If you want to be treated badly then this is the place for you.

Customers were getting turned away due to the restaurant being out of bread. We ordered 2 churros online, and we were told the toaster was out of order once we arrived. We could not receive a refund because the employees are under 18 years of age.

I walked in before 7pm and they had everything wiped down all the chairs were picked up, everything was restocked. The girl with black hair asked if I had an online I said no and then hesitated to say that they were out of bread. As the whole cupboard was filled with bread I should’ve took a pic. If you don’t wanna do your job then why work, people tryna eat!!! ?
