Wendy's - Rapid City

I have believed some Baconatorries and chickensuggets, so I have decided to go here with my engaged around 11;30 clock, so we went and tried to go in the lobby so that we can dip in, but the door was locked, but there were clearly people who eat there so that it was so strange to me, but I didn't get too much thought to order so So then we park and the gentleman who was parked next to us got out of his car and went in the lobby not locked as it was, as it was when we did, I didn't even eat my food because I can't stand especially cold eating before cold fries, so I won't return to this place. I want to call society.

We had to wait which considering the time of day and staffing it's ok. But I'm not sure if it's what my family ordered or it was the food or maybe just me but it smelled terrible.

One of the the Best deals with the 4 for $4 just like a Little Caesars $5 Pizza I don't know how they can afford it I'm sure glad they do!

I went though the drive in at 10:22Am to order lunch the said they are not serving lunch until 10:30 AM so told me to drive around and come back at 10:30AM and we could order lunch. I had done so and came back at 10:34 to order Lunch they had them said they are not serving lunch till 10:45AM. I mentioned they said to come back at 10:30AM they were not ready for lunch yet I was very disappointed I had said so I decided to order breakfast as I wasn’t going to wait any longer I ordered and they had it on the screen of what I ordered and then a man gets on the speaker and said what would you like to order I had said I just did. He then told me to come to the window so when I got to the window he said he was declining my service. This manager has no management skills at all what a shame He said his name was James

At 1:30 in the afternoon we were told that the chili wasn’t ready yet as though we should have known that!?!?! Most of the soda selections were “out” and the whole place could use a good cleaning or at the very least some maintenance.
