Przekaż informację zwrotnąOnline checked to see if they had vegan options. when we arrived there, they said that they have broken the impossible meat, although it was still on their menu online and in the restaurant. then I asked for veggies, how my protein and the manager tried the scrapes that were at the bottom of the pan. I told them I would wait for the new and fresh vegetables to be cooked, and then the manager went on to put the shredded in my bowl. I waited from the cash register until the veggies are cooked and asked for more veggies in my bowl. the manager gave me dirty look. they try to rush and eat tastes very embarrassing. what has ever happened with good quality eating? the rice was stabbed.
I don’t know if these girls were still in training last night (around 6pm) but the way they behaved towards me and building my food was… cute (not in a good way). The entire line was just distracted, rude and flinging food around when I was ordering a bowl. One of them was talking to another girl about how disgusting the queso looked and I said to her “well if it doesn’t look good then I don’t want it” which she then said “oh no it looks fine” and just flung it in there without giving me a chance to ask for something else. All of them where not paying attention, talking amongst each other and the last few girls just flung the bowl and threw the sides in the bag. The one at the cash register actually tried to do her job and was the only polite one when failing to check my food out properly. The rest was plain rude disrespectful all around, they need retraining when it comes to customer service.This is not that big of a deal since they are all clearly naive but this is definitely something worth noting because the entire line didn’t understand the assignment, particularly in mannerisms when it comes to customers… I definitely felt a certain way when I was getting my food there.It’s a shame because after watching all of that- I didn’t feel like eating and just threw it out. I could tell other customers were really annoyed too because of how air-headed they all were (except the cashier). And I actually like Qdoba too. Kind of a disappointing first impression during my first time here in SD. Remember to treat customer right if you are going to gain any type of business.
Customer service here awesome. Everybody was very friendly. The food was fresh and very good. Great customer service is hard to find today, heck good customer service is hard to find today. Thank you guys at Qdoba!
I dont know if they got new management. But you can't place an online order with this store anymore. And its really starting to get annoying. Its almost like the store employees turn the ability to order online off.
They handle gluten free friendly quite well but recently the quality of their meat had really gone down.
