This guy Bruce at the foothill Subway is like out of this world he is so focused and meticulous on making your sandwich exactly perfect the way you like it I just had to give praise. Check Bruce out tell him that Cindy sent you and he'll make you a sandwich that you won't forget.
Was refused service because I didn't have a mask to put on which isn't even required in San Bernardino county currently. The employee also did not have a mask to give me, which makes no sense if you're going to require customers to wear one even though it's not mandated. Iv brought my family to this specific location forever at least once a week and now you have Permanently lost my business.
Probably one of the WORST experiences at a subway (as i have many at subway, in particular, but this was the worst) Went on Oct 4th, around 5pm, ordered 3 sandwiches online and realized I wanted one more so I added on another sandwich after a few minutes. We went in at the designated time on the confirmation email AND confirmation ticket through the website, but the worker said our order did not go through. We showed our confirmation email that confirmed our payment and they just went oh i don 't know then. can you refund it? like ????? We checked to make sure it was the right location and we also checked to see if they possibly just included it in the bag with the other sandwich but no, neither of those things. We asked of the sandwich could please be made since we did indeed pay for it, as proven with confirmation. But, about 15 minutes pass and nobody is working on the sandwich we clearly paid for. I 'm not in the mood to argue or settle with ignorant workers so I simply spent ANOTHER $12. Not to mention, it took the worker so long to make one sandwich. Overall, it took about 2 hours to get my order. A waste of time- never go here. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORKERS !!
Friendly service, I ordered the new Cali turkey and they forgot the avocado spread. ?Bummer as that’s why I ordered it.
