Beretta Cafe and Pizza Bar

Service is awful I’ve tried the coffee before it’s mediocre Food doesn’t look that amazing I went in to use the bathroom. I knocked on the door as the door clearly shows a sign saying toilet as there’s no disengage lock on it. Male Staff member comes in to then tell me off for knocking and that I needed to wait. I was sitting down waiting. Ended the conversation with ‘do you understand’. Then went to complain about me to the other staff members. After that I walked straight out didn’t even bother getting a drink.

Love this local pizza shop. Food always fresh and tasty. Great service with friendly staff. Been there that often that they remember our order!

On a Sunday lunch time we ordered 5 meals. All were bad. I ordered a steak sandwich that I tried my best to take a bite of, couldn’t break the meat was so tough. Pizza was soggy, fish was dry and veal dish had more bacon and salt than veal.

We frequented this restaurant regularly over the past year with my sister in law suffering from terminal cancer. Towards the end the visits were brief outings from the Calvary Palliative Care Hospital. The food is great, always fresh and and wide range of choices at a fair price. However what really made this restaurant for us was the compassion and genuine care shown they showed to her they really made her feel special and welcome.

I love the authentic smell of pizza at this place. The burnt crust and cheese aroma is just perfect. They also offer delicious hot chocolates.
