That was my first time in Sammy's Tap Grill. We have a business lunch with 5 of us. Our server welcomed us immediately and took our drinks orders. He made a recommendation based on what one of my employees was looking for. He was here. It's definitely a college bar. If you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere and good food, Sammys is the place for you. On one side NC-states head women basketball coach was with lunch 2 tables of us.

I came with my family the other day and the service was wonderful. Skylar, I think was her name and she went up and beyond to support us with everything we needed. Skylar was very close and gave us a little background knowledge on Sammys and Raleigh as we are still quite new in the area. It was nice to be new guests and how to be treated regularly. I used to be a waitress and I really admired her helping her other staff. When there was a dirty table, she helped to clean it when there was a drink, she ran it, I know it was pretty busy, but her work ethics along with her took the time to really talk to someone she was amazing. I really hope that she is on your radar for a higher position because she seemed to have a lot of passion for her job and for Sammys! Will definitely return soon, but will make sure they come every time we come!

Many great foods here with a friendly and sporty atmosphere. They also play good jams. If you feel for a menu with tons of variety, this is your place! You can get tacos, pizza, wings, sandwiches, wraps and/or good appetizers! In sweet potatoes, definitely fries! Don't forget the drinks! This is a must for the NCSU community! Happy Hour, someone?

Sammy's Grill has amazing bar food and one of the best yellowfin tuna sandwiches I've had! Give them a try. Great atmosphere. Plenty of seating and a pool table
