Ihop - Raleigh

Eggs were hard (over scrambled) and I asked for American not cheddar. There was hardly any cheese in my eggs but they charge you extra. I paid $5 for this little portion of hashbriwns and they didnt even give me ketchup (had to find some at work) . There is no option to request condiments or mke specifications to your order and the pancaks taste like microwaveable pancakes.

The mac and cheese was good 8/10 and the pancakes were okay 6/10. The bowl had burnt eggs and burnt hashbrowns and was a small portion. 3/10. The sausage was okay thats why it got 3 points

They gave me very small pancakes, my turkey bacon was mildly undercooked, my hash browns had zero taste, and it took them an hour to make my food

Ihop has messed up my order multiple times. If you make substitutions to your pancakes, be prepared to get regular ones, they do the bare minimum every time. The food I got taste fine though.

I thought it was odd that it was basically empty here at dinner time, but I tried my luck. Now I understand why. The waitress we had honestly couldn't care less about her work and the place is a walking health hazard with the water stained ceiling tiles which I am pretty sure have MOLD on them. Food was ok. Never will be back.
