Le Palme Pizzeria Piscina - RAGUSA

This restaurant was my choice one year ago and even this year I wanted to check it out... rather than super fashion restaurants on the promenade: being 8 of us with many children, we were able to order everything from pizza to pasta to meat to fish. All perfect. Something I totally appreciate is the kindness of waiters and the precision (almost maniacal in timing, reservation, etc. to offer the best experience (e.g. with kids I suggest to be here just before 9pm so to book the table, order and get the meal on time without being late for them . Just to tell: by mistake there was delivered only 1 meat rather than 2 (for two kids and they immediately solved getting another one done in literally 5 minutes (just the cooking time : very great, I appreciated! Finally, I saw on another table a dish full of mussels covered by a baked bread: wonderful, it will be my next choice! Finally, 5min walking on its back there is a nice little park

We went to Le Palme a few times for dinner during our family vacation. Service is great, food delicious and prices very fair. Our Italian is very limited. The waiter and owner took their time to explain all the typical Sicilian dishes to us. Very friendly. There is a pool too. So it is also a great option to spend the day with the kids and eat lunch.

Came for dinner with a friend the place was completely empty and we were the only clients in the restaurant. Ordered pizza and fries and as mentioned it took ages to deliver it. Not sure why but I can understand that's when it's quite there should be more time to finish one simple order. I have to say that the chef came and check if everything is ok but the problem was the time waiting only which I can't understand why. Keep in mind that winter usually is quiet so they need to decide whether they keep their place open with high level of service or they just close.

Excellent experience. Very nice staff and exceptional food at a reasonable price. So good that we visited 2 days in a row. Thanks for everything.

Went to Le Palme with a local friend and my wife for lunch. All I can say is the food was absolutely amazing. The owner Salvatore personally serviced our table and it was obvious he takes great pride in the quality of the food. His english was excellent and he explained each course of our lunch. From the starter course all the way to the dessert, the food was pure pleasure to eat. We left thoroughly satisfied, and ready for a walk on the nearby beach. The restaraunt was very clean and a great atmosphere. There is a combination of inside and outside seating, the breeze coming in from the Meditteranean is wonderful in the patio area. We will definitely eat there again! Magnifico Salvatore!
