The At Ragged Point

My sister and I had a great experience here! We stopped on the way back from Hearst Castle. The service was great and the food came fast and was delicious, the waitress was super friendly and helpful, and the view was phenomenal. I would definitely stop here.

A busy stop at the Pacific coast. Large selection of fresh food. Beautiful view of the sea. A beautiful nature trail with picnic tables under the trees. You can even go down the cliff on a very steep walk to get closer look at the crashing waves. Public toilets and beautiful landscape terrain.

We waited for about 20 minutes before someone asked us how many to sit. I think it was understated that day. Waited it anyway because the location is beautiful. We have the 2 vegetarian dishes on the menu and they were pretty good. Once the service was fast.

We only visited the café. And I can't judge the café high enough. All we had was top-tier. They have unique aromas for their latte, the whipped cream was incredible, and the chocolate croissant was massive. If I'm ever in the area, I'd get out of my way to come back!!

I didn?t expect much due to the bad Google reviews. However our food was quite good. I had clam chowder in a home baked bread bowl, my husband tacos with 2 sauces. We also had blue cherry cake which was just ok. We sat inside because it was quite windy outside. The view was still great. The restrooms outside are indeed very dirty, use the indoor restrooms instead.
