My experience at this location is usually pretty good. But this time I’m livid, I just walked out and I’m vexed at the lack of customer service I received. I got a $5 off coupon and even after showing the girl at the cash register she said she don’t know and can’t do anything about it. Okay, it’s whatever. But what ticked me off is that I asked for a cup of water with lemon for my wife who is pregnant and need to watch her sugar level. Instead of the girl telling me they don’t have lemon and asking if water is okay, she just put lemon syrup into the water and give that to us. My wife tried it, and when I brought it up she said we have no lemon. No apologies, no offer of just a cup of water. They need to train their staff better.

This review is not related to the drinks but to a specific cashier. I believe his name was Wei Ji. He had the worst attitude super rude, talked over you, rushed you (the place is empty) and didn 't bother to explain anything. Instead his words were nevermind, whatever .

This tea specialty place seizes to amaze me. They have Halloween themed teas.Red Blood Taro tea was my favorite so red and tasted like a blend a Strawberry and taro blended frozen tea.Now tonight I tried another tea called Chocolate Horror Delight, which tastes like a whole lot of chocolate and blended with whipped cream not sure if that's how they make it, but it's a really great surprise when you have the first sip! I just love this place the crew makes you feel so special I really enjoy going into this really cutesy place.They also make a peach blended tea with chucks of boba. You know why the straw is so big and wide to let all the yummy goodness fit through.Weiqi is a creative woman you just never know what they have for the season and it's fun to try something new.Love it there.

The strawberry matcha latte is disgusting! Looks nothing like their advertised photo. I thought they made a mistake until I read the label on the cup. It was supposed to be green and pink. What I got was black, whole cup, and unbearably sweet. Gross!

Public restrooms are for customer use only. I use a $1 off Veteran's Day on any hot drink. Near Wollaston station.
