Black Rock Coffee - Queen Creek

I love Black Rock. Their Americano is one of my favorites and it is always a great way to start my day!

Worst customer service! Bought a hot tea for $3. Paid with $20 bill. Told girl at window to keep $2 tip. Got tea and change. My fault for rushing off without counting change. After driving off realized I was given $5 instead $15. Went back and asked them to look at cameras by drive up register to prove I was cheated. Staff was not helpful. Told me to call some number for help. Called number but NO ONE EVER answers! Recorded message stated to text them. NO ONE text back. Wrote letter to owner at their main location in Scottsdale. NO RESPONSE! It’s no longer about my being cheated $10. It’s now about how this “business” has no regard for their customers!! At the very least, respond to phone calls and letter!! Disgraceful!! Unprofessional!

Great product not nearly enough tables inside. Since so many people hang out and work on computers, I would suggest more and smaller tables.2nd time I had to walk out when I was going to have a meeting inside.

I absolutely love the coffee. I come every single day. But please get someone out here to clean up the parking lot and trim the trees!

This place is quite a well run production with both walk-ins and a drive through. Great coffee and also pods for home brew. A few sweet treats available, unsure if there's a breakfast menu. This is more of a coffee place anyway. The lobby/dining area does have a corporate feel so not sure you wanna hang out with your laptop.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking immediately in front of the place and one level service...or try the drive through!
