Que Sera Sera (marriott) - Québec

We visited the restaurant to enjoy their poutine along with two outstanding drinks. It was really delicious. However, please note that they do not offer delivery.

This restaurant is located in the Quebec City Marriott Downtown. I had a delightful meal that began with a shared beet salad, featuring goat cheese and savory candied walnuts. For the main course, I indulged in duck confit, which was richly flavorful and accompanied by thinly sliced, semi-crispy potatoes. My wife ordered a Reuben, perfectly grilled on marble rye, paired with curry coleslaw. As residents of New Jersey, finding such an exceptional Reuben outside of a Jersey diner was a fantastic surprise. We also sampled three gin cocktails from the menu, all of which were pleasantly balanced without being overly sweet. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience.

I was staying at the Marriott and, not wanting to venture out in the rain, decided to try the hotel’s restaurant for dinner. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed that night, likely due to an unexpected influx of customers, a trainee on board, and a glitch in the ordering system. Although it took longer than we anticipated for our food to arrive, it was quite tasty. The Caesar salad was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the ribs, which were dry-rubbed instead of sauced, just the way I like them. Tristan provided excellent service recovery by adjusting our bill and offering us complimentary wine refills. I would definitely eat here again.

Rather good as a hotel restaurant. Food was delicious. Staff friendly. Great location. We had Christmas Eve dinner and enjoyed it. Amazingly we were asked if we wanted separate checks!! Married couple having Christmas Eve dinner they should know better than to put us down like that. My husband and I both equally pick the tab and it was my pleasure to pay and I left a great tip inspite of the weird behavior. But it is intriguing and hence the low rating. They really know how to spoil it for you. Pity.

We loved the convenience of this restaurant in our hotel and the bread and butter were incredible as was the French Onion Soup we had! Truly memorable!
