They always get my order right and they do their job well. If you are in Pullman and you are hungry for some good food definitely come to this place. 10/10 I recommend.
I RARELY leave reviews (good or bad) but I’m so upset in this case I feel it’s necessary. Drive thru, we’re the only car Ordered 2 combo meals, one with UNsweet ice tea, confirmed UNsweet at payment window. Got the drinks then had to park while food was finishing. While waiting for the food I sipped my drink… definitely sweetened, very sweet. When the food gets delivered(by the same person who took the order) I explain there must have been a mix up, I wound up with sweet tea… the response “no, that’s definitely unsweetened I poured it from the machine myself, I don’t know what to tell you.” I responded that it tastes sweet but there was no offer to take it back or change it out just “sorry, it’s unsweet “. I really dislike the sweetened version of the tea so I’m out of a drink… we get home (5 minutes away) and open our food and both sandwiches are flattened like they were sat on (we had transported the take out bag with care). Fries on both orders were very cold. No veg or bacon on the #7 burger which should have both (burger also cold) barely any mayo on the chicken sandwich and a tiny amount of browning lettuce. $26 of disappointment. The whole reason we went there was we needed a fast easy dinner option at the end of a long day and we got frustration instead.
I was the only car there, it's 615 in the morning and after I pay I have to pull into the parking lot...why? It's an inconvenience to leave from the parking lot as opposed to the drive thru line....when I got my food the sandwich ended up being the wrong one and the hashbrown was cold and greasy. If your gonna inconvenience me so it looks like your fast at the drive thru, at least give correct hot food.
Quite possibly the worst ran jack in the box I have ever been too. Incredibly unprofessional manager, messed up my order not once but twice was making it seem like an inconvenience to fix my order which I had already paid for I do not recommend going to this jack in the box ever if you are in pullman.
Green haired chick working the drive thru needs to be fired. I placed a mobile order and gave my name at the speaker. When I got to the window I had a bit of a wait (nbd, that happens) but when she got to the window she rudely asked what I was there for. I answered my food and THEN she asked me for my name. After giving me my food she very rudely and sarcastically said We have a lot of mobile orders, thanks for the patience then slammed the window. She also forgot our sauces and didn 't give me my receipt. Has no business dealing with the public if that 's the attitude she 's gonna have.
