Pedimos nuestra comida a las 4 pm, éramos la única mesa y solo recibimos nuestra comida a las 6:15 después de amenazar con irnos. Las dos personas del personal que nos atendían no hablaban entre sí, pedimos la cuenta dividida y lo ignoraron. La camarera solo estaba interesada en una mesa grande que llegó a las 5:30 pm. Nunca volvería.
Como otros propietarios en Sandy Beach, hemos pasado por él cien veces. Wow, ojalá hubiéramos parado antes. Tuvimos un desayuno increíble a un precio muy justo y no pudimos comerlo todo. Los dueños son súper amables y el lugar está súper limpio. MI CONSEJO es que paren. Se alegrarán de haberlo hecho.
My family and I have been going to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) for over 20 years. We have our favorite restaurants we always go to. This New Year's Eve trip we tried something new and immediately loved it.French's is right on the corner, you can't miss it. The staff was over the top friendly and the food, wow!!You have to make a point to stop in.They have the coldest beer in town, which is very important.
It is such a shame that the service for large parties is so terrible at Frency's. We are locals and love the food at Frenchy's as it is always delicious! We were there Friday night with a group of locals and did not get our food for at least an hour after ordering. The waitress was so terrible and kept forgetting things, bringing things to the wrong person, and instead of telling us the specials just gave us a piece of paper to pass around the group. I ordered asked if they could make they Parmesan fish I had there in the past and she said yes. After an hour of waiting I got Chicken Parmesan with pasta. We ordered 6 clam chowders and they came out sporadically with some full and others with barely any in the bowl. She had no idea which wines were white and which red. By the time several people got their order they just got a to go box to take it home. With such wonderful restaurants in Ro my Point who get it right with big groups, Frenchy's need to step up their wait staff training and add kitchen help because we will never be back with a large party. It just leads to a frustrating evening with us constantly having o chas down orders and let the waitress know some people had their order taken, and some were forgotten. Things could be so much better with some trained waiters and more organization.
