Federico's - Puerto Peñasco

We wanted to get a nice plating of garnels along with a Mexican garnel cocktail. the waiter suggested we order a kilogram garnel, and said we could have prepared it as we wanted. we chose 1/3 kilogram garlic, 1/3 kilogram grilled. garnel and 1/3 kilogram diablo garnel together with an excellent Mexican garnelen cocktail. what a hard one! and that wasn't so expensive. I've found that by ordering they get so much better food....and better worth it. I had only two margaritas with dinner. they've packed a hit. I had a serious problem going back to our car....I didn't drive.

Enjoyed this fish taco's at this water's edge little restaurant. Good service and delicious food. The vendors will wander through asking you to buy souvenirs, but they move on quickly. Particularly pleased that they have a restroom stocked with soap and toilet paper for their...patrons! Excellent view of the water crashing against the rocks. Ate here on our way and out of Puerto Penasco.

We were told by one of the locals that this place was very good... it was terrible! I ordered some enchiladas and to my suprised. I'm sorry. it wasn't even melting! super dried enchiladas with 4 small pieces...shrimp!!!! never has such dried enchiladas in my life. oh and our total number came to $70.00 and 2 of the plates that we hardly touched, because as dried the food looked, boring and tears looked like they were sitting there since the day before. make them fall and not pass

Stopped at Federico's for lunch during our visit to Puerto Penasco. We had the seafood platter which included coconut shrimp, breaded fish, whole fried fish and clams. Except they were out of the clams. We also had the garlic sauce shrimp and my son had...the beef fajitas. We had some Mexican cokes and enjoyed the chips and salsa. The food really tasted great and we had a good view of the sea. Right before we left I looked down by our table and there they were, 2 pretty good size cockroaches dead on the ground. That threw a damp on our visit!

Three of us combined for 2 modelos, 2 pacificos and 2 house margaritas. $33. we asked tony about it and he verified that the price was right. five mice for a domestic drink seemed a little exaggerated. I will not be back, and they should ask if they should eat / drink here.
