Vasquez Taco Shop - Pueblo

Delicious authentic taco de Carne asada with savory beans and rice. Kudos to this Taco shop. Best our expectations and sets the bar high for those trying to be a taco shop.

New to town. Looked for decent Mexican places after a couple of subpar spots (unfortunately highly recommended), I stumbled upon this place in a Google search and this one hit it out the park. Had the Carne asada fries and a taco platter. By far the best Latino food I've had in Pueblo. The people were friendly and pleasant. I'm definitely going to be a regular. Glad I found it!!

We ordered the fries with carne asada and an adobada taco. So much flavor. This was plenty of food for 2 of us.

This is THE place for a Cali burrito or Carnitas. Simple perfect Mexican food. The same dude has been selling me burritos for years and years. Such nice people. Pro tip, the red salsa is hot and !

I love Vasquez. I always get the breakfast burritos, the California burrito, or the carne asada fries. Very delicious.
