Slow service waiting way 2 long extra 10 mins to my online order. Bunch of people not doing much in the building needs better management considering how slow and how many people are working.
My response to the owner 's reply: Focusing on the location of where the order was picked up completely misses the point of my bad review. Absolutely none of the kids who work here even said hello to me. Is a greeting or bare minimum service part of the procedures you teach them? They each took turns glancing at me waiting at the glass by the front door, I locked eyes with each of them and they quickly moved on to another task before I could start a conversation and *eventually* when I was *finally* acknowledged and later handed the order that was sitting there for a long time, some of them actually giggled. The disrespect was palpable and if I wasn 't already in a hurry, the poor experience with the taunting on top of it would have warranted a speak with the manager while I was there. But again, it didn 't look like any of them were in any position to accommodate or service customers. If you look at the date and time of my review, you will know the staff working there at that time. No one asked me what I was waiting for, they purposely ignored me it seems, and they laughed when they realized I was waiting for an order they had ready all along. It is clear I will have to be rude and talk over other people, or God forbid actually snap my fingers at them, next time I come here if I actually want to be assisted. What kind of hiring manager is working here to have hired people who act like, frankly, brats.Original review:I recommend you go to a different location, especially if you 're in a hurry. I just left now, not sure if there was anyone actually in charge here they all looked like children to me. It seems that there 's no manager here, they each looked at me waiting for a long time, no one even said hello. I was waiting for an order, finally eventually someone told me to check the shelves for pick up orders, but my order was waiting on the desk behind them the entire time.
They will not serve you unless you go to the drive through. Good luck getting them to serve you.
Ordered a delivery from my place of employment where different employees placed an order for a total of only two good items but 7 different smoothies. The food items arrived 45 minutes later but not a single smoothie was delivered despite the charge on my debit card for $85. I immediately began to call the restaurant to report this issue and at least ten attempts later finally connected with a person. All prior attempts the phone only repeatedly rang without an answer. I was told oops sorry about that. I asked if I could get the 7 smoothies I paid for delivered and was answered with a very rude response of nope, you will get a refund and they hung up. Not very happy.
