Sbarro - Pt. Charlotte

There was blonde hair in my bread sticks.The pizza gave me food poisoning once. And their root beer was watered down.

Went for lunch, was denied a water cup despite being a paying customer. The manager seemed like they were just trying to push the sale of a beverage. Ended up just getting a bottle of water from the vending machine instead because of that. The pizza was already overpriced for how small of a serving it was, there was no way I was going to purchase a beverage after being able to get a complimentary water cup at other locations.I won’t be back to this location any time soon ?The employee that helped me was friendly and professional though, too bad the manager seemed awful. ?

I started visiting Sbarro not that long ago and the food and service was excellent. Especially the manager Cynthia was very attentive and nice. Will definitely come back .

I love Sbarro! And the manager Cynthia is phenomenal. Everyone is so nice and everything is clean and fresh. Highly recommend!

Great service, super fresh, made to order and beyond expectations. We got 8 Strombolis and lots of marinara included for no additional price. Cooked fresh because we had a special order and large family order. Employee was very pleasant and informative and I will go back. We are from tbe north and love Sbarro, they are few and far between. They are in a mall foodcourt so atmosphere is what is expected but not a large line and not overly crowded at the time we were there. Only 20 minutes wait for special order, shorter than all pizza places. ? will return.
