I visited this morning to request a remake of an iced coffee I had bought from another Dunkin’ location. I was informed that there is a new policy prohibiting them from remaking any coffees. Concerned, I reached out to a district manager I know to verify whether this was indeed a new policy. I was assured that it was not the case; employees have no right to impose such a rule. The district manager also mentioned they would send someone to speak with the store manager about this policy, which no one seems to know about.
Please fill my coffee more than half full next time.
Customer-hating workers, lacking any remote ability to reason or regulate their own nasty emotions. Prepare to PAY THE CONSEQUENCES for existing as they are miserably waiting to fight you.
At that point, I decided to leave because it was clear they couldn't follow simple instructions. It's disappointing when such basic tasks can't be executed correctly, especially when they're asking for $15 an hour. Perhaps they should focus on improving their skills first.
