I usually don't write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this hidden gem in South Carolina. If you enjoy authentic German cuisine, this place is a must-visit. I absolutely adored the atmosphere, and if I were a local, I would definitely make this my go-to spot for dining. Their German potato salad is the best I've ever had, and the schnitzel was absolutely amazing!

This restaurant offers authentic German cuisine with a variety of meat schnitzels to choose from. The pork schnitzel is a popular choice among customers. Sides include German potato salad, creamed potatoes with green onions and gravy, and pickled cabbage served with every meal. The wine selection is limited but satisfactory.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Wendy is an exceptional chef and a lovely person. Take your time and savor the atmosphere. This was hands down the best German dinner I have ever had. I ordered Wiener Schnitzel and my wife had the Schnitzel, and both dishes were fantastic. The flavors were great and the portions were not too heavy. It is definitely worth the drive to dine here.

Great food, better service, all wrapped up in a cozy restaurant in Prosperity which was a treat in itself. Have meant to come here for the last 5 years since I found out about it, will definitely not be waiting that long to come back.

The best and authentic German food ever! Small, quaint atmosphere. This isn't the place for a quick meal. Everything is made to order. It can take several hours to finish the 3 course meal. Ms. Wendy, the owner, is a joy to be around and sure knows how to prepare excellent meals. Reservations are usually required because the restaurant can accommodate about 40 people.
