Beckie's Café - Prospect

Beckies' half sweet and slightly prayed Huckleberry Pie is a new taste profile for me and sets a standard with which I will judge others. I asked her to go light on the ice because I am lactose intolerant, I think they may have mistrust in order to mean more, no less. Coffee was pretty good. I think Beckie's a little too strong on her reputation for cake. They really started to shrub some of the Grubbiness out of this well-supported cabin, but patiently up with people for tables, they can have little incentive.

Great dinner tonight at Beckies. Recommend the Rogue CFS. Great service and beautiful atmosphere.

So my mother and I sat at dinner in Clovis, NM remembered when we went to Oregon every summer when I was a kid. She was shocked to hear that I remembered Becky's Cafe. I told her I always remembered the place because they had the best Huckleberry bee I ever had in my life. It was so good, the sweet memory remained with me for 35 years. We had a meal laughing when I could enjoy it and found it so easy and people still shave over this cake.

The story of Beckie is a little strange. You think there's a woman named Beckie, right? There was a man named Beckie. In 1938, Ed Becklehymer, known as “Beckie”, opened the restaurant. After he died, his wife ran Cecil. She was also known as Beckie and ran the place well in the 60s.

Beckies Café is a must eat when you go to the Krater Lake every dish was mouth water and the staff is so friendly. Lots of space and several windows to pick up your food so you don't have to run around. Although the real stars of the show are they cakes!!!! cream and delicious melt on the tongue slices of clouds so well I had to buy two more for the road. Never stop groceries regretting and take flavor shops on their own trip.
