Przekaż informację zwrotnąI opted for curbside pickup, but I had to go inside to collect my order. Unfortunately, the employee working at the counter seemed to struggle with managing a busy time of day. It appeared that she may have been overwhelmed, understaffed, or lacking proper training.
I ordered the hand-torn crust and wanted it to be thicker. I suppose it was my mistake, but it was still good.
No issues at all. I placed my order online and used my loyalty points. The parking was easy to find, with clear instructions on how to pick up my order once I arrived. Staff were there to assist.
I tried to order on the line and from an unknown ground my order could not be processed. So I went in and the worker was very pleasant and let me order for the same price as it would have been on the line.
They could’ve got my order right; or they could’ve made it right in the first place! I will never eat at Pizza Hut again; this was the worst experience ever AND we eat a lot of pizza. No longer a customer of Pizza Hut and will let everyone I know why I am no longer patronizing this establishment.
