Przekaż informację zwrotnąExtremely poor customer service last year or so. Prices have risen significantly and their rations of chickens and avocado are declining. Just today, she added less than one pot to a chicken-Tinga folder, I asked if she could add a little more the lady could just throw food into the bowl without considering how much she served). The lady refused and said they would have to ask for a more horrific attitude and customer service, especially because my question was not excessive and gave her exorbitant prices. The conversation with the management did not even help me get it more chicken, but as constructive criticism, because I really loved this place. I got an empty star and a half-hearted offer for more chicken that I rejected because the manager obviously did not care about customer opinions of this place, and I was about it. I'll upload a photo to see who can find the chicken among you. Avoid this place, it really has gone the drain. UPDATE: I must say that since I published the previous review, the customer service has significantly improved. The former manager seems to have been fired and the current employees seem to be both in a better mood and much more attentive. They skip less on objects and are ready to accept small changes. The food is great to give him a 4 stars; the only thing that could bring up to 5 stars is if they offer combo drink and chips) at a slightly reduced price, as most other such places do. Try the Chicken Tinga Bowl, you will not be disappointed!
The first time at Chop't and Jay was great. He recommended the chicken Tinga. It was amazing. I'll be back. If you didn't have it before you chicken Tinga (it is a little sharp) and creamy tomatoes basil soup.
Many seats inside, good space for groups. This is a good option for a fresh and filling meal. I recommend the crispy chicken salad with Chimichurri sauce!
I found a glass break in my salad today, which I almost swallowed. It was really scary, it never happened in my life. My co-worker standing next to me heard my teeth grinding against the glass in my mouth. The store offered to reimburse the salad and nothing else. Can't trust this place to offer a safe meal so I never order here again.
I'm grateful we have this place in town. They are nice to me and frankly it's nice to have a salad option in town. As much as I would love to I can't always have Hoagie Haven for lunch. The special salads like the Greek inspired summer special one they have has a nice taste, if you craft your own you can make something nice but the Classic Cobb salad is pretty good. Princeton is not cheap but I feel a lot better eating here than something greasy and heavy. I do like the afternoon light that comes in and the interior. It's never crowded except around lunch weekdays sometimes.
