Captain D's - Princeton

Food was great and staff was super friendly!! Helped me to figure out what was the favorite and it was great!! I would recommend anyone to stop by for a good meal!

Out of food, waiting in drive thru for over 10 minutes. Employees too busy cleaning. Not happy at all.

Waited in drive through for 20 mins and never moved ahead before just driving off.

It's finally getting good again! I quit going for a long time because it was so bad. I've been twice lately and everything is really good. Great job guys. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Let me start out by saying that, normally, we don't make a special trip to go to Captain D's. Our experiences at multiple different captain d's have not been. The food is overcooked undercooked or the restaurants not up to par. The other night, it was late. We had been at our 2 youngest sons football playoffs and championship games all day. We were tired and hungry, but sick of the same old fast food restaurants around town. So we decided to stop by Captain D's. You know, that once every 6 months fish and shrimp craving you get. Normally, after you stop at a fast food fish restaurant, you end up let down with the results and it just did not hit the spot. So, pulling up to the restaurant, I had low expectations that way I don't get upset later whenever the stuff's not right. That was not the case at the Captain D's in princeton kentucky. Let me tell you, I was flat out blown away. The customer service alone was enough for me to bring my family of 9 back again, and the quality of the food was on point. This experience at the Captain D's in Princeton, Kentucky has been the best experience at any Captain D's that we have ever visited. Although, I can not vouch for the cleanliness of the restaurant being as we went through the drive-thru, from what I could see, it was not in disarray. The counters were wiped down and there wasn't crud built up around the corners of fixtures and baseboards. If every fast food restaurant had the customer service and good quality of food that this Captain D's had, they would all be better off. They set the bar high. We can't wait to go back again.
