Returning from Pescara Sunday, August 25, 2018, two families with two children of 7 years We ask for the availability of a table inside (see that the outside was full of flies) and tell us to wait that the room (at 13) was full (4 tables in all) after 20 minutes we find an external solution putting together 2 tables and 7 chairs outside. In the meantime, people sitting before go away. We ask to order and after 15 minutes comes a gentleman (probably the owner) who brings us bread and takes the order of the drinks. Drinks come (2 bottles of water a large coke) and after a short time the glasses arrive. Another 10 minutes to make the order of the food, obviously with a menu under voice the owner/maid lists the first (no appetizers) including cacio and pepper and pasta with rocket and tomatoes . We block the guy by ordering 2 dishes of tomato feathers for children and a mixed grill (being a braceria is the best alternative) with potatoes and side vegetables. Time 2 minutes back the guy saying it's all over and if we want to make a plentiful appetizer, we settle for the appetizer just that he takes the pens to the kids After just 25 minutes arrive the pens, but to another table, we call the waiter saying they were ours. Pens, according to the children: without salt, soft and soapy. Still waiting for the appetizers in front of us they segregate 4 people and after 2 minutes they are served 4 dishes followed by a phrase go are friends . The cook then follows the orders and leaves the 4 starters. 15 minutes are still spent in asking for explanations and we are told: ah if the appetizers have not yet arrived means that it has not done them! If you want to wait otherwise go away we go to 15.10 paying €30 without tax receipt and with a very long wait. To be avoided or in extreme cases to have patience and self-harm.

Bad because less it is not possible to put! Poor welcome, as staff and service! We were on a journey back from Silvi Marina (Te) to Naples, we arrived at 13:10, we sat at 13:45 outside, because after various “prepared immediately” “arriva arrives” not to wait further we opted for the outside. At 14 we ordered, vocal menu two first cacio and pepper (the alternative was tricolor pens); but the waiter (one only for the whole room who was in charge of reception tables bar and cash) came back saying that the meat had ended all! He would have brought appetizers and pennettes to children. At 14:20 he brings two plates of pennettes to the wrong table with appetizers... in fact asks “the pens?” And from that table they mention dissent and take them to us... and the parmesan we went to get it in the kitchen. Meanwhile, 4 people arrive and even before they sit at the table they already have the first front and the waiter asks on our side “but the appetizers didn’t arrive?” I answer “no!” (I think they were the ones brought to the other table) And he goes back says “we so cxxxi inside!” At the end of 5 adults and 2 children we paid 2 bottles of water from 1 liter, a 2-litre Coca-Cola, two saucepans, a bread basket 30€! When the fixed menu (antipasto, first, second, contour and drink) is 15€ per person! A scam in practice!

We stopped here for a stop during the journey, very long waiting times, arrives the appetizer of sliced cheeses and mozzarella, another wait for the first that do not arrive together, especially mine that arrives 20 minutes after the others among other things I had asked scialatielli with mushrooms and sausage but of the sausage even the shadow. Food is not bad but slowness is exasperating (only 3 tables occupied in total 8 people, and if there was full? .

We were traveling from Pescara to Naples and we stopped here for lunch. Local a little spartano, large outdoor spaces for parking and also for tables. Friendly staff even if not professional. Excellent appetizer and plentiful there was of all in particular mark it the soup of beans with croutons of bread and the salad of crumbled really delicious, First a bis of half-maniche to the whore and homemade noodles with peas and mushrooms. For second slice (small) of pork and fries surely cut by hand. Good house wine. good coffee too. Content prices offer 10euro and 20euro menus. I think the local has changed the name in fact says Agriturismo Al Confine . A meal along the journey can be there. Try it.

Table decorations and attention to the nonexistent details. Dolent key bring them too fast and often miserable. risotto too cooked and porcini there was no trace.
