Outback Steakhouse Prattville

Outback Prattville is either hit or Miss. Food was great. Steak was Perfect as were the sides. The server was very efficient. I did feel she was trying to hurry me through the meal. As I was adding my food to The to-go she, Nikki, stood over me for the payment. I paid in cash and she kind of hovered while I handed her the money. It was very uncomfortable for Me. Don’t know if she Was working on churning tables for More tips or afraid I was going to le as be without paying. Never had that pressure to pay and leave before. Maybe prattville outbacks SOP. Not sure.

Our waiter was delightful, and the food was good and came quickly.

Great service and good food. It seems a little smaller than some outbacks and no ambiance to speak of. Our waitress was great even on a very busy night. Food was exactly as expected for the brand. I had no issues and found it a perfectly fine place to grab a steak.

I realize things happen. It's just awful when you take a bite of your food and realize someone's long black hair was in your food. The manager was really apologetic. He took the cost of that dish off the bill. He offered to bring out another plate, but after that, I lost my appetite. Everyone else's food was fine.
