Bojangles - Powell

This location is alright. My biggest gripe with them is that they forget things in your order about a third of the time. I've opened my bag to find no fries on a combo meal twice, I've had them forget tomatoes or lettuce on my sandwich, and today I ordered the 4 piece tender and got 3 tiny pieces of chicken. I paid 8.99 for 3 chicken nuggets and some fries today ? With the negative out of the way, sometimes they add extra food to your order if you have to wait a long time, or if they are out of something. It seems like this location is extremely inconsistent though, and is either having staffing problems, or hires employees who couldn't care less.

Not bad, off the interstate a slight bit but if you got a hankering for some lunch, straight up chicken strips and a side, definitely a alright spot near Jellico mountain. They did get the sweet tea right though and chicken and fries were tolerable. A bit much on seasoning of fries but I was fine. Got a yard if your kids need to decompress a bit.. I'd give it a thumbs up.

Bought a 20 piece and spent over $50 for my family. Was supposed to get half and half. Receive sweet tea. When we got home, realized tea had a hole in it and had leaked all over the floorboard of car and ruined my daughters diaper bag and it?s contents. Also leaked onto the chicken boxes which soaked the bottoms of the boxes and ruined the chicken as well. Upon opening up the meal, was missing one entire side was missing and the size of the sides we ordered weren?t enough to feed 3 people, much less an entire family. I enclosed a picture of one of the large sides. Tried to call store and no one answered. Tried emailing the email address provided and that was 4 days ago and still no response. The next step will be to go into the restaurant to see if I can talk to someone. Very disappointed in service and quality of food.

Probably the only place where I ask for EXTRA bread on my potatoes and get no engraving at all.

Honestly, this should just be shut off. I waited for cold chicken for 10 minutes. Nice enough to cook for 20 minutes. Just to say it's 20 minutes more Gunna. The service here was absolutely terrible.
