Beijing Chinese Food - Powell

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the state of Ohio. Family owned, very respectful to you and delicious food! If you are ever in this I highly recommend to go, not only the food is good, but its clean too.

They have good food but they have raised their prices every time we go there. This time it was $35 for 2 lunch portion combos, a small rice and one appetizer. Use to be about $23! They think they are a fine dining restaurant apparently! Customer service is horrible, They have never been a friendly business that is for sure

I really like their food. Been eating here for years, but customer service lacks much! I've watched the little boy grow up and he is always kind, but the mother is not nice at all and extremely cheap. I called in an order at 11:30 and asked for a lunch combo. When I got there, they had prepared a regular combo which is several dollars more per combo. First of all, most people that call in at lunch time want a LUNCH combo. Secondly, when I told her I wanted the lunch combo, she started to literally take the food back out of the bag and to give me a smaller portion because she said it was more food. First of all, I had already paid and didn't want to wait for her to do all of that. Secondly, who actually takes back food? What are you going to do with it? I certainly hope not give it to someone else? Previously, she tried to charge me .75 for a container of red sauce. ??? I probably will still eat here from time to time because the food is pretty good, but I just don't care for their customer service and don't care to patronize places that don't appreciate their customers, especially regular ones.

Food was pretty tasty but the customer service was terrible. The boy who worked there was throwing everything, pens, receipt, gloves. Serious attitude issues. Would have been ok if I was taking it out but to sit and eat in made it awkward. My review: good food, poor service
