Smoothie King - Poughkeepsie

My first visit here was very positive. I went through the drive through 30 minutes before closing and was greeted warmly. The menu is extensive so it took me a few moments to choose my smoothie but the person who spoke to me was very patient and said to ask if I had any questions. At the window, I was again greeted warmly with a smile from two different employees. And my smoothie was ready within 2 or 3 minutes of ordering!

Smoothies are always delicious! Last time we were here they forgot the peanut butter in my partners smoothie, no issue they made a new one. Staff are always friendly and it's always been pretty quick! Would recommend this location for sure :

This is the absolute worst place ever. The staff there is so very rude and unprofessional. We walked in and Andy and another scrawny female staff member were in the front and totally acted like no one had entered the store. Another staff member Naveah came from the back and offered to assist. I had to ask if they 2 other staff did not like or serve black people because of there total disregard when we walked in. I will never ever visit this location in Poughkeepsie next door to Jersey Mike again. UPDATE 8/11/2022: You as the owner are the prime example of why your employees are the way they are. Andy kept his head down and did not greet us when when walked in, and he sure didn?t say anything to us at the register. I?m not the only review that seems to think your staff is not welcoming and rude.

The workers at this location are very cold and not welcoming. Big turn off. If you have the time go to the Wappingers location much better service and polite staff.
