Hobnob Grille - Portland

So glad that they are open again and with covered sidewalk seats! eating is fabulous and the beer is good and cold. the owner is about as friendly and welcoming as they could ask, even brought water to a pup that visited with his folk. very recommend this place for a fun, good, kickback place to go. all kovid precautions are also present, including masks and distancing.

Hobnob is always a tasty bite. eating here is always incredible. the only place in the city they can get real ripening (I am a Chicago girl, I am so over this dry rub and then put her sauce on the scene, ripen should be sown so that they can add more sauce! . but seriously, this place is amazing. outstanding staff and can always get a taste of home. the owner is also unbelievable, they can say that he takes care of everything. support before location, support hobnob.

Strong drinks, delicious food, and excellent customer service! The Nob is my go-to place on Belmont!

I've been a regular at Hobnob for the last three years, and it's definitely my favorite dive bar in Portland. The drinks are fantastic, the food is so delicious, and the owner is wonderful. We visited recently after their reopening during COVID, and they're doing an excellent job of spacing out tables outside, ensuring everyone wears masks, and maintaining cleanliness. Overall, it's an outstanding place to hang out!

Food is pretty good, but eat before you go? I'll go back when the portion sizes don't require you to eat a whole second meal to be satisfied : sides are extra, so $6 extra for a soup or salad isn't exactly helping I suppose.
