Dutch Bros Coffee - Portland

First time into this location. Luckily they were open early. This is the only other Dutch Bros that doesn't have a drive thru besides the mother ship in Grant's Pass. The store was nice and clean inside, despite the location. And the barista was friendly and quick. Coffee came out perfect and fast.

We came in because we heard great things about Dutch Bros Coffee. We ordered the latte which tasted like any coffee joint, but there was a large variety of customizable flavors that seemed a little too sweet at that time but I'd definitely recommend to people who like to drink coffee as a sweet treat! Those flavors looked so good! Sean who took care of us was very friendly and provided us with tips around Portland too which was much appreciated!

As always this place is amazing. The energy and the friendly service gives me just as much pepp as the caffeine 911 drink I love. If only I could be that young again I swear I'd be in the little hut doing what they do. Have fun guys! Keep us moving along

They got one of the items on my order wrong. Instead of a small hot coffee they made me an ice coffee. No big deal, but when told that it was wrong instead of just pouring a small hot coffee so I could be on my way, the girl who was apparently offended that I told her the order was wrong decided to clear the whole line up before taking the 2 seconds it took to pour my coffee. Not only did she clear the whole line first but decide to help out a dog who was inside this food establishment. The dog got to put her paws up on the counter where they hand out food orders to people and eat whipped cream out of a cup before I could get my 1 cup of coffee. So I quite literally got treated worse than a dog at this location. The dog was cute. But that was an incredibly unsanitary and a completely unwarranted ridiculous reaction from the barista. Wish I could rescind my tip. Too bad cause I really like Dutch bros coffee. Maybe will never go to that location again.

In downtown Portland. I thought it be bad Or unsafe yet it?s safe and clean. Customer service was great ???????? no complaints especially downtown it?s okay for its location. The service is fast . Always welcoming. This picture of spot outside in back which is clean and safe . Just a butterfly.
