Zézé Sport Café - Portimão

Let’s face it everyone has “0” tolerance for waiting and when everyone decides to have a Crepe, Ice Cream or Churritos after dinner, it is very easy to wait a bit. I asked for a Crepe and Churritos for my niece. Crepe went very short time after and the Churritos took a bit longer but they went hot and outstanding. I give between 3 and 4 for since I need to pick a number, I choose 4. I have noticed that there was in fact quite some number of waiters attending quicker the service, more guests per table and per day.

We went there last night for dessert I ordered a crepe with ice cream and chocolate sauce, my husband a waffle with ice cream and Nutella And my son churrittos. My daughter wanted just plain ice cream but they said if we wanted ice cream alone we had to order that ourselves at the counter. It took them almost half an hour to even acknowledge us and take the order. Then the churritos and waffle came out . The waffle did not have Nutella but plain chocolate sauce. Then the churritos were awful. About 10-15 minutes later my crepe came with so much chocolate sauce I had to wipe some off and one small scoop of ice cream. It was awful. We left very quickly after that. Awful service and food.

We ordered different things as milkshakes, churritos and waffle... Milkshake did not taste like nothing! Waffle was very dry and soft! Churritos were like prepared before and served after long time later! All my family felt like sick after we had our orders. Additionally, compared to what we paid and service we received, I would never recommend to anyone! They should improve a lot quality to serve better to their customers. It was compeletly bad experience!

After 20+min of waiting to order we left. They are understaffed and even if they have the best crepes (which I doubt) I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
