No acknowledgement as they seen myself and my family waiting to place an order. Finally a short dark haired lady came out and stated “her finger print is on the drive through cash register and she is unable to take my order. Her cashier was on break. If we wanted to place an order we needed to go through drive thru.” Of course after 10 minutes of waiting not something I wanted to hear. So my husband asked if she can take our order to the drive thru since we have been waiting. She walks away with no response. Waited a few minutes and asked her if that was a no? She looks at me and says “yes, you will need to go through the drive thru.” After I told her that was poor customer service, what was her name, she walked away again and proceeded to say that she does not work at this location, why does it matter what her name is. This isn’t her store. Tyrell was nice enough to come up to us and actually provide his name and apologize for what had occurred. Zack came running from the drive thru to assist us in taking our order. Tyrell then again apologized and served us after waiting a total of 30 minutes. While waiting this so called “Manager” called the cashier on her cell phone in front of us and asked him to hurry up she has angry customers in front of her. Very unprofessional poor customer service. After all we were able to get her name (on our receipt) which was “Sydney” and Her title should be re-considered.

Came around 11:50 clock and got the bulls call us for a frostyccino by manager joane or joana just because they did it wrong and we asked if it could be restored again? Not even crazy about it, but only pathetic, tried to contact the district manager, no answer, these whole wendys could never take this seriously and the manager here just childish.
The double cheese burger is now about the half of the size it used to not so many years ago. this place leaves the pickles up whenever they are asked to remove them and from any reason people think that by saturating a buger in season it will taste better. ketchup and mayo literally about my hands. I think I'm done with wendy's. too many other option for burger at the same price. 5 young
Canceled my mobile order that I used a coupon on 15mins after placing it. Couldn't resubmit order online because coupon could only be used once daily. No offer if honoring order at drive thru, should have driven the extra mile to different location
