Very friendly staff nice talk fast and everything exactly what everyone says, but the person that my sandwich ended was sloppy rude and looks like he hated his work I end it eating mine under, and then I go to the friendly staff and ask for his name and they said mike he was the owner of the load and that caught me from the watch industry because I always have been dressed in the food
Horrible experience! I entered this the establishment with my sister, son, and two nieces. The moment we walked in we received nothing but attitude shown through tone and body language. We requested that the staff change gloves and clean knives due to us not eating meat. The knife was never cleaned prior to cutting my sub although a meat sub was cut prior.(confirmed by worker) my sister requested the marinara sauce be put on her sub however she was not notified that the marinara sauce was with the meatballs already.(other locations have it separate). When this was brought to the young man’s attention he became very defensive and disrespectful. We requested contact information for the manager and received resistance for the young lady.
They don't take any goods! I tried to order online and couldn't find anywhere to enter their credit card. So, called and was told that it should be displayed when they look. that wasn't it. I went in and right at the door was a handwritten sign that said no coupons! exactly with the point of call. Maybe that's why there was only one person who ate.
My biggest complaint: change gloves please do not know whether someone is allergic to a particular article.
