Dunkin' - Port St. Lucie

Good coffee, the staff welcomed me and were friendly. they gave me a shot espresso on the side. so many dunkins misunderstanding and put the express shot in my coffee, that is not what I want, so I appreciate the love to detail!

The young man with dreads made my matcha wrong and had attitude. choose a fight. also this memory is always from add-ins

Nobody seemed to really care about their customer service. I’m starting to think a lot of reviews on here of from friends or family.(biased) When I received my coffee, they forgot the espresso I asked for and they charged me for. There was not a single smile on anyones face. The good things about is, they fixed my coffee quickly and my food came out fast. Overall problem one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve visited. We usually love donuts, but just a few minutes ago we purchase a docent of the very few flavors available at 5pm, but the problem is they charge us same price a if they were agreat product, they were extra super dry and tested bad, they test like a day or more old.. totally unhappy.Service was good, girls were nice.. but the product is on the trash.

Good buddy. The food was right. I always have special order, no cheese, that's so hard for people to get right. You never disappointed me.
