Back Porch Grille - Port Royal

When my husband first brought me to this restaurant I was thinking is he freaking kidding me? But once we sat down and ordered our good I was highly empressed the service was great the place is nice on the inside and the outside seating is great at sunset. I ordered the fried shrimp and I was extremely happy with it I do believe that they serve the best shrimp in town. I have been back sevral times with friends and they have also agreed on how well the food and service was, the best part is that it 's not incredibly expensive. I love this place and can 't wait to go back soon.

People have to realize not everyone can be pleased. We are a very small venue on the Beaufort river with an awesome view and awesome staff. The only time I get rude as they call it is when I am dealing with a drunk customer and just holding my own. We have a very clean kitchen and have an a rating. Some of the comments that are detrimental are written by customers no longer welcome at the restaurant due to their inability to be able to socialize with out getting drunk. One actually has a no trespassing warrant against him. Come and make your own judgment not the view of a few inebriated people

We love this place. The burgers are wonderful, the salads good and the view is incomparable if you like the water and boats. We love to sit outside and dream about our next boat while watching the marina activities. This time we dined with adorable green tree frogs decorating our umbrella. The service is outstanding too.
