It seemed like they were about to close, but the waitress was friendly and took my order before closing up. I felt bad for keeping her, so I sat outside at a picnic table. The restaurant was located in a dark area between the airport and the railway lines, with noise from planes and trains in the background. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't alone or if it was daytime. The sandwich and fries were tasty though.
The customer service was extremely rude. The chicken was dry and tough with an unpleasant odor. The Cubano sandwich was the most disappointing sandwich I've ever had.
I was unable to locate it. There was a drive-thru establishment and a food truck that appeared to be closed, but there was something else in its place.
This place is great near the airport, which is great when they are hungry after a long flight. the menu is partly Spanish, but we had no problem order. everything we had was delicious. (we are not very familiar with Cuban cuisine, but I know that my meal at the place hit it is not a nice place and we were confused where to park first (the start didn't look like it was going on to her despite the signs it was called) they have a covered terrace so that they don't have to eat inside if they don't want. the personal was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. it was a great first stop at our visit to miami!
It's right next to the airport, so expect to hear a plane going overhead about every minute or so. Great value at this local luncheria-style restaurant. While the service was average, don't expect any rush. The sandwich was a 3-4 as far as Cuban sandwiches go. If you love local restaurants, like I do, then you'll like this one. Great value and local vibe.
