She was polite and provided great customer experience, even slicing my tuna subs into smaller pieces for my blind friend. Emily basically butchered this task. Such a sloppy job. I mentioned to her that she needs to take lessons from her coworker. The first nice girl tried to honor the app promotion (Subway 's online app was not operational on either my or my husband 's phone). Emily called the manager and said they could only do the BOGO50 on the app. Which still was not working. Seriously Subway?? You know this is your promotion!! Emily 's comment was, we can 't just be giving away free subs. Well, good job. Now they threw out 2 subs, and I took my business to the Saukville location.
Ordered delivery. Tried calling the store several times because my zip code was put in wrong for delivery never answered phone. Doordash Driver did find out house though. Pretzel was cold and they did not give me my mustard sauce. Sandwich was okay but only partially warm. Churro was cold too.
Lately the few times I’ve come in to the store the employees have not been pleasant and seem overall annoyed you are even there. Even leaving a tip the attitudes don’t change. I’ll purposely drive over to the Saukville location and avoid this store in the future.
I get the outlaw cheese steak all the time from a few different subways. I ordered through the app and this is the worst one I've ever received. The lettuce was brown and the crunchiest part of the head I add lettuce I like it)I paid for bacon and they forgotI paid for a cookie and they forgotThe cheese wasn't melted so it tasted gross on a cheese steak. And they skimped me on the sauce. Instead I tasted a lot of mayoJust really badI almost forgot I tipped them a dollar fifty for a bad sandwich.
Only 1 person was working, but that's understandable.
