The server who took our order seemed uninterested and barely apologized, avoiding us afterwards. I expressed my disappointment and was promised compensation, but when the bill came, there was no compensation and the server had already left for the night. I paid the bill without leaving a tip for the server. The food was okay, but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It would have been nice if they had offered a free appetizer or a special birthday treat for my child to make up for the delay in our order.
My food ordered online, spent over $140 and taken well for the food. I'm here and they couldn't give me any side of the sauce that my son wanted, they accused me of another one for the sauce after I had already paid. Strange. I ordered 7 reels, 2 appetizers and a plate and I couldn't get a side of the sauce? Crazy to me. And THEN forgot one of my appetizers when I went back to the restaurant and they ransacked my bag like I lay. The writer had my appetizer who sat next to her all the time.
Yummy food and friendly service! Never have had a bad experience out of all the years of visiting this place. I'm not much of a sushi person, but there are lots of other options available... my daughter, however, loves their sushi!!
Why would you put lettuce in sushi?? Not only does it taste bad, but it also ruins the overall texture of the dish. I can't believe they put salad in sushi. Both rolls I tried had salad in the middle. And it's not even good salad - it's just iceberg lettuce. I would give zero stars if I could.
Mana is a lovely Americanized sushi roll place where Christian mainstream music is on point through your dining experience.
