Alan's Country Cafe Port Orchard

1st time customer. I don't normally order coffee. The Bold drip coffee with an espresso shot was good ?. Really easy to social distance !!!! Plenty indoor seating, for the coming Fall weather. Prices are modest with Generous portions ?????. Service is Friendly. I had Alan Eggs Benedict, my wife had a delicious omelet, bith had golden brown hashbrowns.. Plenty of parking. They offer take. Serve Lunch Dinner as well

Came on a Sunday at 930 am. Place was fairly empty and we.were able to get a spot quick. After 15 minutes we had to actually walk up and ask to get coffee and menus. Then my toast showed after 15 minutes but it was another 45 till food showed up. And the waitress complained 3 times.about having to make toast in first place. Overall food was alright, country potatoes were undercooked.

Went here for brunch. They are so short on staff everything took a long time. However they were all really nice. The food is basic, but it all tasted good. Things we didn't like were the cutlery in a tin on the table the syrup bottle being passed around both for sanitary reasons. Fyi: They have PUMPKIN SPICE lattes on the menu year round ????

Adorable little place! The food is great and reasonably priced. The service is a bit slower but that's covid staff shortages so I'm not mad. The coffee is great too. They have pumpkin spice lattes that my wife says is the best she's tasted and they're year round. 15% military discount to boot ain't bad.

I would highly recommend eating at this place. The atmosphere was pleasing to the eye. The establishment was clean and heart warming, although I did not use the restroom facilities, so I cannot talk to that portion. The staff was totally awesome! Sunny and Heather plays a huge part of making that restaurant successful (Especially Sunny). At first, I thought she was the owner of the restaurant. She would walk around the tables consistently, asking the customers if everything was okay. She even dropped by our table and commented on my attire. She already knew that I was a little discourage about the tardiness of how long it took to receive our food and she was very apologetic for that little mishap. You can tell, she does care about the people who eat there and for the establishment?s reputation. She is a prime example of what excellent customer service is all about. Heather was amazing too; she was our server! She was polite and friendly. You can tell, it was important to her that she met our needs. As for the food? I did not leave the table hungry! The burger I ate was good. The food was hot and the vanilla milk shake was cold. The price of the food was not bad at all! As for the little mishap I encountered, it wasn?t nothing to rate this establishment down. One must remember, we sometimes encounter issues and that is okay. Overall, the food and service exceeded my expectations! I will definitely return rumour has it this place serves up one killer breakfast menu A MUST TRY! Alan (the owner) ? keep your staff!
