Had a nice happy hour glass of wine along with oysters and prawns Bartender and chef were very nice and engaging.
This restaurant is always busy so make certain you book in advance for an outside table. The food was superb but the wine is expensive with no BYO option. Our Calamari entree was big enough to share and very tender. We followed this with Morton Bay Bugs and whole deep fried Baby Barramundi which were both delicious. Overall a wonderful evening.
If we didn't know that 2Fish had recently won best seafood restaurant in Australia award we would have thought it a nice meal. However, with this heady title naturally our expectations were raised but unfortunately not met. We are spoilt in Adelaide with an abundance of delicious fresh seafood and such good restaurants that would have beaten this one hands down. One wonders at objectivity of judging. Highlight was Connor our charming travelling American waiter.
The food was absolutely sensational, cooked to perfection with a wonderful combination of all the elements on the plates. The service was excellent, all extremely pleasant and accomodating and the setting is great.
