This restaurant calculates different prices depending on the large and small bowls, but they charge an additional fee of 4 dollars if it contains a quantity of food in a bowl. if the restaurant has already set a price for a bowl, they should calculate the customer only for this amount. it is not acceptable to receive an additional fee for putting a quantity of food ingredients after cooking. the restaurant should quickly eliminate this unreasonable and consumer-destroying policy.

Very poor customer service.We came for family lunch and young lady server was unable and unwilling to explain menu and options.Was constantly watching her phone, did want to tell difference for all you can eat and lunch price for person.

I always love this place, the food is consistently good. My wife and I come here at least once a week to enjoy a meal. We can't wait to go back again next week.

The staff at the restaurant were all friendly and courteous. From building your own bowl to watching it being cooked and brought to your table, the entire experience was as enjoyable as the meal itself. This place is all about adaptation and creativity.

The restaurant would be better if they improved how they stack their bowls and properly mixed sauces. The overall service is basic and there are very few salad options available, only consisting of salad, nut mix, and 2 types of sauces. It feels like they have room for improvement in enhancing the dining experience.
