When I reiterated that I had ordered burritos, she didn't seem to understand despite my attempts to clarify. Once she finished making the bowls, she handed them to me and insisted that was what I had ordered. I left feeling confused. To make matters worse, the bowls were only half full and mostly contained rice. The overall taste wasn't impressive either, and I was quite unhappy with the service.
However, when we visit Vancouver and order the same items we usually get in Calgary, we are consistently disappointed. We've been to three different locations in British Columbia, and each time, the experience has not met our expectations. My smoothie tasted only of banana and whey. If I wanted that, I could easily make it at home. I don’t go to Freshii to spend $10 on a smoothie that I could prepare myself. It may be time to realign your training for staff or reevaluate your company’s vision, as consistency in service and customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority. As a brand, you are not perceived as a cheap or value-oriented option; therefore, it’s essential that the quality and service remain consistent across all locations. Additionally, I want to mention an experience I had on the evening of December 24th, when I went in to purchase a gift card. The woman who served me was on the phone, seemingly talking to a relative. I didn’t mind it at the time, but later when I tried to call back with a question, the line rang endlessly and, after two more attempts with no response, I had to drive back to the store. When I arrived, the same woman was in the back, possibly watching TV or chatting on the phone.
This is the second time I've received a smokehouse burrito from this location without any vegetables. It only had beans, rice, and yogurt sauce, which was really disappointing, especially since I only realized it after I got home. The woman who made it was wearing headphones and talking on the phone, so that might have been why she missed adding the veggies.
Had a healthy and fresh meal. My go- to- option! Recommended!
I’ve found this Freshii to be the worst one in the area. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I’ve order from them and they’ve completely ignored what I’ve requested on my order. Today I ordered a wrap with added bacon and feta cheese. Also to sub the sauce the comes on it with a different sauce due to an allergy. I ordered online so I wasn’t able to make sure they did the correct wrap in person. Sadly, not only was there no cheese or bacon added on to the wrap. $4 extra isn’t a lot, but I paid for something to be added, I expect it to be added). But the rice is rock hard! Not even cooked in the slightest. And overall, the sauce wasn’t changed either. So unfortunately this wrap went straight to the garbage. I definitely would not recommend this Freshii to anyone. There are a couple in the area so I would suggest making the trip to those for a better experience.
