SteamPunk Cafe & Coffee House

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to have a tea or coffee I would recommend visiting the Steampunk. We had the berry muffins, which are big enough for two, and a London mist and vanilla coffee latte. Will definitely be back and it's wonderful to be able to sit down and enjoy!

Coffee is pretty good, brewed with enough kick. Dark roasts aren't super heavy like a Sumatra from SB, so it's a nice change. Baked goods are fresh and full of ingredients that they say they have not some suggestion of flavour that one might see with one of the big coffee chains. Haven't sat down there to work or chat or read, but looks comfortable enough.

Very relaxing atmosphere, nice staff, hot drinks are just the right temperature. Overall a good and enjoyable place to be

An awesome stop on our way to Tofino for book lovers ?The coffee was not that good, but everything else was perfect : The breakfast sandwich were delicious, the service was great and the little room just beside the coffee is sooooo nice ! You can bring a free book home. It’s so cute!!! I loved it.Definitely recommend this place for the food atmosphere, but they could improve on the coffee. It tasted like water mostly ??‍

The four of us went here for coffee, tea and snacks. The prices were slightly higher than expected, but you had the option to enjoy a wonderful library and some extremely comfortable couches, so that likely accounted for the elevated prices. Very congenial hosts.
